This data is used solely to display your daily and weekly activity summaries alongside your nutrition data. saviMon does not write to or modify your health records.
Your health and fitness data is synced to our servers to calculate activity summaries and provide personalized nutrition insights. This data is associated with your account and is not used for advertising, marketing, or sold to third parties. On iOS, health data is never stored in iCloud.
Your account data, meal logs, nutrition records, and synced health data are stored on secure servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Authentication tokens are stored in platform-native encrypted storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android). Meal photos are stored temporarily for AI analysis and are not retained beyond processing unless you save them to your meal history.

saviMon does not sell, rent, or share your personal data, health data, or nutrition records with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed above as necessary to provide app functionality.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Settings > Delete Account), or by contacting us at support@tachyonhq.ai. Upon account deletion, all personal data, meal records, health data, and uploaded images are permanently removed from our servers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TachyonHQ, LLC and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this app, or from any information, content, or services provided through this app.
